Skidd is a professional Hoverboarder, which is the main sport in the Solona Galaxy. Hover-boarding has been his pleasure and his hobby. Preferred to be called "Shadow Dude", Skidd has questionable intelligence and seems to lack any motivation to defend the galaxy from Dr. Nefarious. Since Ratchet has meet Skidd McMarxx, he has made friends but in the later games, much happens to Skidd. It is not exactly clear why Skidd is a part of the Q-Force, although he says that he has some pretty cool stealth abilities.
