Thanks to the vid-comic Issue 4, Ratchet and Clank now now that Dr. Nefarious is about to strike at Planet Kerwan. If you recall, Kerwan is a peaceful metropolis and Ratchet and Clank were here during their first adventure. It is a city in the sky filled with skyscrapers and towers and home to Al's Roboshack and Qwark's obstacle course. This city is in danger and Ratchet and Clank need to come through.
