Ultimate Supreme Executive Chairman Drek was the leader of the Blarg, a race who inhabited Orxon. This planet suffered from many difficulties, including overpopulation and massive scale pollution, so Drek set out to build a new planet, recruiting Captain Qwark to help him.
Drek's plan was to extract select pieces of other planets and combine them into a custom-built planet, which he would then set into orbit on Veldin's route. Drek was killed after a battle with Ratchet and Clank before he could blast Veldin to make way for the new planet, and his custom planet was destroyed. Soon before dying, Drek revealed that he had polluted Orxon himself so that he could be paid for it, and that he was planning to do it again.
